I'm an adventurous people-person. I grew up in Chicago, but have since lived in Florida, London, and most recently, here in San Diego. I love helping individuals and teams make positive, sustainable changes in their lives. I've done this in a variety of roles and places, including working as an Executive Coach for Disney, in organizational development for Habitat for Humanity International, and doing community development work in the inner city and Madagascar. Recently, my life experiences have given me a desire to focus on working with people and groups on a more personal level. It's a joy serving with Candice and her team.
Why I Love To Serve
It's a privilege being a part of an individual's journey to healing and wholeness. I love walking alongside our clients and seeing the positive changes that happen through the process. It is important for me to help provide a warm, caring, and professional environment for all who come.

I was born and raised in San Diego and have spent some time living in the Bay Area and Washington D.C. I have always had a keen interest in the medical field, and I have been working for Candice at Beautiful Mind Clinic since 2019. I fill many rolls within our clinic but my primary place is a technician training patients (clients or patients. Perhaps we should be consistent) in Neurofeedback and administering brain scans. I love this occupation and seeing the powerful transformation of the individuals who we have the privilege of helping.
Why I Love To Serve
Service has been a critical focus in all aspects of my life to include working with Candice to help people struggling with mental health and emotional health. I place strong importance on the whole person; that we are each uniquely and wonderfully made and that we should be honored and cherished because of our intrinsic worth. I bring empathy and care to each patient that comes through our doors.
Favorite Hobby
My favorite hobby is spending time at the beach and working out, hiking with my family in the back country of San Diego County and just being outside. There are so many beautiful places to get out and find peace and healing in God's creation.
Favorite Animal
My favorite animal is the horse. It is a beautiful animal that relies on a harmonious relationship with humans to thrive. The runner-up would be an otter -- they take the cake for cuteness!
Favorite Food
My favorite food is sushi and Thai food. I enjoy trying different restaurants throughout San Diego County where there are many outstanding choices of culinary experiences to enjoy! I will never turn away a bowl of guacamole and chips. Despite coming from a British family Mexican food is one of my favorites to cook.
What I Do In My Free Time
Free time is a precious commodity for me and I really enjoy spending time with my family who live locally and being a part of my church community. I am extremely involved in my local community as well and love the small town atmosphere

A Little About Me
I was born and raised in Lithuania and moved to the United States with my husband when I was in my 20s. I received my undergraduate degree in business administration and was working for large corporations before choosing to stay home with our three adopted children. When the youngest started school several years ago, I was blessed with the opportunity to follow my dream of becoming a therapist and received a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of San Diego. I joined Candice’s team as a registered associate clinical counselor (APCC #11781) after completing an internship at the community college where I worked with individuals and couples addressing a wide variety of mental health issues. I have completed EMDR training levels 1 and 2 and I am actively working toward EMDR certification. I am also a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA). I am excited to be a part of the team at the Beautiful Minds Clinic and continue my journey of serving others.
Why I Love To Serve
As a therapist-in-training, I believe that it is both a great privilege and a humbling experience to participate in and witness a positive change in another person's life.
Favorite Hobby
I love photography and baking. Both activities help me relax and allow for the opportunity to be creative.
Favorite Animal
I love animals, and it isn't easy to pick just one. The top two for me are dogs and sheep.
Favorite Food
This is a hard question. I like a wide variety of foods, but if I had to narrow it down, Italian cuisine would be at the top of the list.
What I Do In My Free Time
I love spending time with my family and friends.
